Join us!</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>-Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards</p><p>-Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks</p><p>-Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns</p><p>-Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency</p><p>-Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement</p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p>-7+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services</p><p>-2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies</p><p>-2+ years of hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation</p><p>-2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower</p><p>-Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling</p><p>-Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting</p><p>-2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices</p><p>-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams</p><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></p><p>-Knowledge of Linux operating systems</p><p>-Experience with container technologies</p><p>-Working knowledge of Kubernetes</p><p>-Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift</p><p>-Experience with data platforms such as:</p><ul><li>Redis</li><li>MongoDB</li><li>SingleStore</li><li>CockroachDB</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Application Development</li><li>Automation</li><li>Production Support</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Architecture</li><li>DevOps Practices</li><li>Solution Delivery Process</li><li>Solution Design</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Innovative Thinking</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Technical Strategy Development</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p></p><p></p><p><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40</div>
