These stores are named SPLASH!</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations by preparing merchandise for delivery, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting service and delivery teams as needed. This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual capable of handling both warehouse and delivery responsibilities safely and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Pay: $15.00 / Hourly</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist service and delivery crews with on-site and warehouse tasks</li><li>Unload trucks and store merchandise on racking</li><li>Accurately pick orders using picking tickets</li><li>Palletize and prepare loads for shipment</li><li>Load and unload delivery trucks</li><li>Bar-code and bag non-factory packed merchandise</li><li>Maintain, clean, and organize the warehouse and stores</li><li>Assist with returns, restocks, and end-of-day procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Driver’s License required</li><li>Ability to use basic hand tools</li><li>Self-motivated with a positive attitude</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and lift items up to 75 pounds; use proper equipment for heavier loads</li><li>Ability to retrieve merchandise from varying heights using moving stairs, ladders, etc.</li><li>Excellent vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading picking tickets and cartons</li><li>Must pass background check and drug test</li><li>Ability to work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Basic computer, math, and counting skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations, dust, and noise</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Steel-toed work boots/shoes required</li></ul><p><strong>We offer our employees competitive compensation,</strong> extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.</p><p><strong>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.</strong> Leslie’s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us.
