We value the meaningful contributions that Veterans make every day for our teams, our customers, and our businesses.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>While Johnson & Johnson has many career pathways for Veterans, the MVLDP is an 18-month Program with 3 unique 6-month rotations designed to support highly motivated, experienced military leaders to become tomorrows’ leaders within Johnson & Johnson.</span></p><p></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The MVLDP is designed to:</span></p><ul><li><p>Provide military leaders with a structured pathway to transition to a corporate career with Johnson & Johnson</p></li><li><p>Participants will experience rich enterprise exposure, cross-functional and cross-sector rotations, and programmatic curriculum</p></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p>Build a network of strong relationships with cross-functional and cross-sector leaders</p></li><li><p>Develop critical capabilities and experience the breadth and depth of Johnson & Johnson through robust rotations which are chosen based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need; after successful completion from the program, participants will move into full-time roles </p></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p>The rotations can range across: Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, Brand Management, Sales, and others. Further, you will have the opportunity to shape business outcomes across Johnson & Johnson’s business segments, MedTech and Innovative Medicine</p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>Locations:</b></span></p><p><span>This position will be rotational in nature with most rotations located in our New Jersey and Pennsylvania Operating Companies or Corporate Headquarters.</span></p><p><span><b> </b></span></p><p><span><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>Must be transitioning from active-duty military service or less than 4 years removed, 0-2 years transitioning from active-duty is preferred</span></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>A minimum of 4 years military leadership experience is required, 5-10 years is preferred</span></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, an Advanced Degree is preferred</span></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>Relocation to the New Jersey or Pennsylvania area for the duration of the program is required</span></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>Must have demonstrated successful experience as a people manager and/or leader with a proven track record of success</span></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, and deliver results </span></span></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>Must have excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills (both oral and written) </span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span>· </span><span>Desire to transfer military experience into a career in the healthcare sector with Johnson & Johnson </span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p>This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.</p><p>Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.</p><p>Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).</p><p>This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.</p><p>Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:</p><p>Vacation –120 hours per calendar year</p><p>Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year</p><p>Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year</p><p>Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year</p><p>Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child</p><p>Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member</p><p>Caregiver Leave – 10 days</p><p>Volunteer Leave – 4 days</p><p>Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours </p><p>Additional information can be found through the link below. </p><ul><li><p>For additional general information on Company benefits, please go to: - <a href="https://www.careers.jnj.com/employee-benefits" target="_blank">https://www.careers.jnj.com/employee-benefits</a></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>This job posting is anticipated to close on 3/28/2025.
