- Experience Desired: Working towards a high school diploma; Retail or grocery experience
- Education Desired: No High School diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age
Job Responsibilities
- Display a passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings.
- Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
- Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
- Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
- Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person.
- Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a willingness to go the 'Extra Mile' to provide the best service
- Demonstrate proficiency and efficient use of technology, including the Internet
- Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing job tasks
- Proficient use of mobile phone apps and texting
