• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months and 6 to 12 months in distribution center environment
• Experience Desired: 1 or more years of experience in a distribution center environment. 2 or more year of experience working with pharmaceutical products.\u2002\u2002
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Operations in Receiving, Put-Away, Replenishment, Selection, Staging and Loading of product prior to load departure.
• Assist management by assigning tasks to other department Team Members and oversee the completion of the daily workload.
• Provide clear direction to Team Members to meet customer requirements and production demands.
• Maintain a consistent presence on the warehouse floor to observe and monitor Distribution Center operations.
• Utilize problem solving and conflict resolution skills and escalate situations to Shift Supervisor, Pharmacy management team and/or Human Resources when appropriate.
• Promote Safety to reinforce and recognize good work habits and identify training needs.
• Coordinate training of new Team Members, as well as cross-training current Team Members.
• Assist management with inventory control functions to ensure accurate inventory levels and an organized Distribution Center.
• Assist in Cycle Counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
• Research discrepancies in inventory to identify causes and correct errors.
• Prepare paperwork and reports to provide a complete, accurate record of production activities and inventory.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed and assigned.
