Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer
Location: 100% remote (willingness to travel for key visits once per month)
Employment Type: Direct-hire
Compensation: $120,000 to 130,000 (based on experience)

SUMMARY: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer will work closely with a senior developer and other team members to build and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions. The Full Stack Developer has a strong foundation in full-stack development and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an agile environment.

Prior experience building significant solutions from scratch with strengths in Python development working with a good bit of data, reporting and analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full Stack Development:
  • 3-5 years' experience in design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack.
  • JavaScript/React/Node.js and Python/Django/Flask
  • Collaborate on front-end and back-end architecture to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Cloud Integration:
  • Work with AWS services, including S3 and other common tools, to build and optimize cloud-based applications.
  • Implement microservices and integrate cloud solutions into the application architecture.
• Agile Development & Collaboration:
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and GitHub to track progress and manage workflows.
• DevOps and Deployment:
  • Assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to ensure smooth software releases.
  • Follow best practices for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Startup Environment and Agility:
  • Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a startup-like environment.
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, iterative development process.
