Sales Consultants will provide a free in-home presentation to residential customers on the products that Service Experts offers.
Follows-up on sales leads, referrals, and initiates calls to generate sales. Schedules sales appointments to conduct home assessments and consulting with home owners regarding the comfort and energy efficiency in their home. Drives self-generated leads through customer referral and networking. Prepares recommendations and pricing, presents proposals, negotiates and closes sales. Delivers sales presentations on residential heating and cooling products and services. Plans and delivers on forecasted goals. Adheres to policies, procedures, programs and services.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer Bachelor's degree. Requires minimum of 1 year of sales experience, valid driverÂ’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent customer service orientation with strong presentation and communication skills. Excellent time management and planning skills. Availability for local appointments including nights and weekends to accommodate the potential clientÂ’s schedule. Highly ambitious results oriented spirit; self motivated.
To be successful in this role, candidates
ideally possess:
1 – 5 years of previous sales experience
A minimum of High School education is required;
post-secondary education is an asset
